Energy Fitness offers weekly Outdoor Group Fitness sessions that cater to all fitness levels and abilities.

If you are a beginner or just returning to fitness you will be guided and coached according to your current level of fitness, with the aim of improving your strength, aerobic fitness and general tolerance to exercise. We want you to be able to enjoy participating in class and being active regularly. If you have been training for a while and are looking to take your fitness to the next level or try your hand at an event, look no further.

If you are a runner we offer it all – Couch to 5km, Half or Full Marathon, Ultra Marathons and Milers, Road or Trail – we offer it all. Simone is a Level 3 Performance & Development Trail & Ultra Running Coach as well as a Level 3 personal Trainer who is passionate about helping you achieve your running goals. Depending on your goals, which may be to lose or maintain your weight, improve strength and tone up, run a marathon – you can achieve it all with Energy Fitness.

The variety of classes on offer will ensure that you get a great cross training effect, never get bored and most of all be constantly surprised and challenged whilst having fun in a friendly social environment. No two classes are ever the same and the timetable rotates weekly so you won’t do the same class each time you come if you can only make one day per week. Obviously we hope you can make it more than once a week! Many classes contain a strength and cardio component so you get an all over workout.

What Our Subscription Offers:

Cost Per Week : $44.00 per week, paid weekly. Our weekly payments makes it easier on the pocket than lump sums. NO CONTRACTS OR ADMIN FEES.

Classes: UNLIMITED – You can do as many classes each week as your heart and body desires. All classes including BeachFit and Yoga (normally extra) are all part of the package. We have 9-10 sessions each week to choose from.
